Do you delivery internationally?

No, currently we only deliver within United Arab Emirates.

What are the payment methods?

We only accept online payment through visa or credit card.

What if I refuse to accept my order?

It will be returned to us, and we will not be able to refund the amount.

What if I didn't receive my order within the delivery period?

Email us right away, and we will contact you within our working hours.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24hr from your purchase, you can email us on info@thebeautylounge.ae with your order number.

How can I refund my order?

We don't accept refunds.

What can I do if I've received my order but there is a missing/damaged item?

We make sure that the items are packed properly, but if that happens you can email on info@thebeautylounge.ae and we will get back to you.

Can I return/exchange an item?

We can only replace defective or damaged items free of charge.
